MxL201RF will be used by Netgem, Europe's largest provider of connected entertainment technology, in many of its key hybrid set-top box (STB) designs.

Monaco Telecom has launched a new connected TV service using hybrid set-top boxes from Netgem.

The new TV service combines digital cable-delivered broadcast HDTV and pay-TV channels with OTT services provided by Netgem, including VOD films from Netgem's sister company Video Futur and a bespoke, interactive Monaco Telecom channel that aggregates its existing online weather, traffic and news services. Netgem has also introduced a new application allowing Monaco Telecom subscribers to use their iPhone as a remote control.
